How to register multiple models under the same order?
Multiple registrations for the same order are supported, but only one registration for the same SN is supported. You can select the corresponding product model and fill in the corresponding product SN.
Are LiTime products purchased through other channels eligible for Extended Registration Warranty?
Yes, LiTime products purchased through other online channels are eligible for Extended Registration Warranty. Note that offline purchases are not currently supported. However, you can contact our customer service for warranty service.
